New town homes and condominiums are popping up across our country faster than new baby bunnies are born in spring. There are reasons for the growing popularity; but are there also unforeseen or ill-considered issues with this rapidly embraced building trend? Are our communities ready for them? Are they well suited for families, especially those with children? Do city councils and municipal planners understand the needs inherent in high-density, multi-family dwellings of this nature?
